Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crevoria ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Crevoria is an AI-powered platform that helps content creators analyze their content, receive monetization insights, match relevant products, and build personalized storefronts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scores, suggestions, and product recommendations based on content metadata.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. TikTok Integration

Crevoria integrates with TikTok via the official TikTok Login Kit. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Crevoria to access your basic profile information (display name, avatar, and username) using the user.info.basic scope.

Important: Crevoria does NOT post to TikTok on your behalf, does not comment, like, or take any action on your TikTok account. Crevoria is a read-only analytics and insights tool. Crevoria is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Crevoria a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content metadata solely for the purpose of providing the Service (AI analysis, scoring, and product matching). We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

8. Subscription and Billing

Crevoria offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan at $29 per month. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

9. No Guaranteed Earnings

Crevoria provides AI-generated insights, scores, and product recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, income, or earnings. Monetization results depend entirely on your content quality, audience engagement, market conditions, and individual effort. Any revenue estimates shown in the platform are projections and should not be relied upon as guaranteed outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and AI models, is owned by Crevoria and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as TikTok, payment processors, and affiliate networks). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREVORIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property provisions).

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
